Registration/注册费用

For the publication on conference proceedings:

*We will send you Acceptance Notification and Registration Instruction as soon as your paper was accepted by EI journal. And then you could register according to the Registration Instruction.

Details of the Registration Fees 

1. Registration fees for GBEM 2020 Regular is RMB 3000/USD 450 per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page(begin at Page 7) is 300 RMB/50 USD.

3. The registration fee does not include:

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fee

4.  At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

5. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

6. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.

Official receipt of your payment

After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.

注册成功之后，我们会为您准备发票。发票统一于会议后2周内寄出。如果您需要在会前收到发票，我们可以给您电子发票，也可以为您提前邮寄。（请通过电话或邮件提前说明）
